We are often able to offer our products at highly competitive prices compared to retail for several reasons, which are transparently detailed on each product page:

Brand New Category: These items, which include watches, bags,regular perfumes and jewellery come with their original packaging and are sourced directly from the brand’s manufacturers or trusted distributors. While this allows us to offer them without an international brand warranty, we can pass significant savings directly to you.

Shelf Leftover Category: This applies primarily to our watches bags and jewellery. These items may not include their original packaging and are sourced from various overseas suppliers. They may have minor cosmetic imperfections, but they are thoroughly inspected to ensure they are in excellent working condition and appearance.

At this time, we operate exclusively as an online-only store. This allows us to minimize our overhead costs and pass those savings directly on to you, our customer.

Our standard delivery times are as follows:

  • 3 to 7 working days for all Emirates within the UAE.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please be aware that shipping times are subject to unforeseen delays from the courier company. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

We offer a flexible return and exchange policy to ensure customer satisfaction, with different terms for each product category:

Watches: Exchanges are applicable within 14 days of receiving your product, but only in cases of technical issues or manufacturing faults. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or minor cosmetic imperfections that are clearly described on the product page. Refunds on returns will be reduced by the cost of shipping.

Branded Bags: Due to the nature of the product, all branded bag sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Perfumes: Due to the nature of the product, all perfume sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on perfumes.

Jewellery: Due to the nature of the product, all jewellery sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on jewellery.
